The rooftop terrace is designed as a green outdoor living room with concrete benches, integrated planters, and a fireplace, offering panoramic views of Medvednica. The 850 m² gross area accommodates four two-bedroom apartments and shared spaces, including an eight-car garage in the basement.
The facade features textured light-grey concrete with dark metal inserts and aluminium window frames, while large glass walls visually connect the interior with the surroundings. Native plant species dominate the landscaping, emphasizing harmony with nature.
