Before execution, there’s a team.
Based in Umag, on the Adriatic coast, our architecture and interior design studio was founded in 2018 by Lola Perović, mag.diz, and Arsen Brečević, mag.ing.arch, with a design approach rooted in place yet open in perspective. Here each project begins as a dialogue between space, light, material, and human experience.
We design residential buildings, private villas, resorts, hospitality spaces.. always creating environments that feel effortless, refined, and intimately connected to their surroundings.
Architecture and interior design are conceived as one continuous experience, where transitions are soft and spaces flow naturally between inside and out; where architecture is not only seen, but felt.
Our work is shaped by the Mediterranean way of living; unhurried, sensory, and deeply connected to place. Drawn to the tension and harmony between the rustic and the contemporary, we are inspired by the quiet strength of natural materials, the patina of age, and the authenticity of place, balanced with precision, restraint, and modern clarity. This dialogue allows our work to feel grounded yet refined. Rooted in tradition, yet unmistakably modern.
