The architectural design is contemporary and restrained, defined by clear volumes, horizontal lines and deep roof overhangs. Light-toned plastered façades are combined with dark metal elements and large glazed openings, creating strong contrasts and a refined, modern expression. Wooden soffits and pergola structures introduce warmth and soften the overall composition.
With a total gross area of 200 m², the house is organised over two levels, ground floor and first floor, and is carefully positioned to balance privacy, openness and functionality.
The ground floor opens directly onto a covered outdoor dining area and terrace, conceived as an extension of the interior living space. A minimalist outdoor kitchen and dining table are integrated beneath a slatted pergola, providing shade and visual rhythm. Large sliding glass doors ensure a seamless connection between interior and exterior.
The landscaped garden is simple and controlled, with clean paved surfaces, lawn areas and carefully placed greenery that frame the house without obstructing views. The result is an elegant family home that combines contemporary architecture, high-quality materials and a calm residential atmosphere, while remaining closely connected to the urban context of Koper.
