Rooted in Mediterranean vernacular principles and refined through a contemporary approach, the design emphasizes material authenticity, comfort, and a strong connection to the outdoors.
The exterior is defined by stone façades, warm roof tiles, and carefully proportioned volumes that blend seamlessly into the surrounding greenery. Covered terraces extend the living areas, while the private garden and pool create an intimate outdoor environment, open to distant landscape views yet sheltered from disturbance.
Inside, the villa offers light-filled, calm interiors shaped by exposed timber beams, warm wooden floors, and a restrained palette of neutral tones. Large openings and soft textiles allow daylight to gently animate the spaces, reinforcing the continuity between interior and exterior.
