Located in the peaceful, forestry village near Poreč, this villa is characterized by refined elegance, sophisticated design, and timeless mediterranean charm. In perfect harmony with its natural surroundings, the villa offers exclusive privacy and magnificent sea views.

Architecturally, the villa combines classic Mediterranean elements with luxurious contemporary details. The arches around the opening create an elegant rhythm and visual softness and together with tall windows and French balconies, bring plenty of natural light into the interior and create a harmonious transition between indoor and outdoor spaces.

The facade is finished in a light tone with textured plaster details, while rustic stone elements are subtly integrated into window frames and building corners, conveying a sense of solidity and elegance.

Sloped roof covered with traditional Mediterranean tiles further emphasizes the classic character in a contemporary interpretation.

The entrance of the villa is highlighted with a tall arched element which creates an impressive vertical accent and in the same time serving as an elegant introduction to the luxury of the interior.
