The architectural concept is defined by a strong, linear volume and a clear functional layout. The ground floor accommodates the main production hall and storage areas, designed for efficient material flow and direct access for delivery and dispatch.

The building has a total gross area of 500 m² and is organised over two levels, with clearly separated production, administrative and storage zones.
The exterior design is contemporary and robust. Vertical ribbed facade cladding dominates the envelope, giving the building a distinct industrial character and strong texture. Warm wood-toned panels are combined with dark metal surfaces, creating contrast and depth. Openings are minimal and precisely positioned, reflecting the internal functions and ensuring controlled daylight.
A pronounced cantilevered canopy marks the main entrance and loading zone. Slender steel columns support the overhang, forming a sheltered working area and a clear architectural gesture. Large industrial doors are integrated seamlessly into the facade.
The surrounding site is treated in a functional and restrained manner. Paved surfaces allow for vehicle manoeuvring and outdoor work processes. Greenery is limited to the perimeter, softening the industrial setting without compromising usability.
The result is a clear and efficient production facility, where architectural expression, material choice and function are closely aligned with the identity of a contemporary carpentry workshop.
