The villas are composed of simple, well-proportioned volumes with pitched roofs clad in terracotta tiles, stone-clad ground levels, and smooth plastered upper facades in warm, natural tones. Arched loggias, covered terraces, and balconies introduce rhythm and depth to the façades, while wooden shutters and wrought-iron railings add subtle craftsmanship and character.
Located at an isolated forest-edge setting just 700 meters from the sea, this exclusive holiday village consists of five detached villas, each positioned on its own private plot to ensure privacy, tranquility, and unobstructed views of the surrounding landscape. The villas range from 200 to 260 m² of gross floor area, combining generous interior spaces with carefully designed outdoor living areas.
Each villa is oriented around a private courtyard with a swimming pool, sun terraces, and shaded pergolas constructed from natural timber beams. Outdoor spaces are conceived as an extension of the interior, featuring dining areas, lounge zones, and seamless transitions between inside and outside living.
The landscaping emphasizes a Mediterranean garden character, with olive trees, cypress accents, aromatic shrubs, ornamental grasses, and low stone boundary walls that define each parcel without disrupting the natural flow of the site. Carefully shaped lawns, stone-paved paths, and discreet fencing enhance privacy while maintaining a soft, cohesive visual identity across the village.
