The architecture is defined by a strong contemporary expression, characterized by clean horizontal lines, bold cantilevers, and precisely articulated volumes. Large overhanging slabs create deep terraces and shaded outdoor spaces, emphasizing the building’s sculptural quality while enhancing comfort and privacy. The facade combines light-toned mineral surfaces with subtle horizontal textures, complemented by extensive floor-to-ceiling glazing and refined metal detailing.
Situated just 200 meters from the sea, in the immediate vicinity of Poreč, this exclusive multi-family residential building offers approximately 1200 m² of gross floor area distributed over three levels: basement, ground floor, and first floor. The project comprises three high-end residential units—two ground-floor apartments of approximately 120 m² each and a spacious 250 m² penthouse apartment on the upper floor.
The ground-floor apartments are conceived as garden residences, each with direct access to private outdoor terraces and landscaped surroundings. These units seamlessly extend the living spaces outdoors, creating intimate zones for relaxation and dining.
