Project under development

Located in a quiet coastal village near Umag, just 70 meters from the sea, this charming family house is designed for permanent living, offering a relaxed and intimate Mediterranean atmosphere. With a gross floor area of approximately 200 m², the house is conceived as a compact yet expressive volume, carefully positioned to ensure privacy while maintaining visual connections toward the coastline.

The architectural design follows a contemporary Mediterranean approach, defined by clear geometry, deep facade recesses, and pronounced horizontal lines. The light-colored plastered facade is contrasted by dark-toned window and door frames, creating a refined visual balance, while natural stone cladding and wooden elements add warmth and texture to the overall composition.
Large sliding glass walls open the main living areas onto covered terraces, strengthening the relationship between interior and exterior spaces. The garden is enclosed by a traditional stone wall, forming a protected and cozy outdoor setting. Stone-paved paths, Mediterranean planting, and selected trees shape a pleasant courtyard-like environment that enhances the house’s friendly and welcoming character.
The result is a charming and well-balanced coastal home, distinguished by its material contrasts, carefully designed outdoor spaces, and a calm architectural expression rooted in its surroundings.
