Each villa is designed with a low profile, wide terraces, and open spaces that harmonize with the terrain, creating a sense of floating architecture.
The larger villa, with a gross area of 600 m², is arranged over three levels that cascade along the terrain. The composition is defined by stacked volumes and strong horizontal lines. Large glazed openings alternate with solid wall surfaces, creating a balanced rhythm of openness and privacy. Light plastered facades are combined with dark metal details and warm wood accents. Deep overhangs and recessed terraces provide shade and frame views of the surrounding landscape.
