With a total gross area of approximately 400 m², the interior layout is organized across multiple levels, clearly separating social, private and service zones while maintaining strong visual continuity throughout the house.
The main living level is defined by an open-plan composition that connects the kitchen, dining and lounge areas. A large stone kitchen island with rounded edges forms the spatial center, paired with custom-made cabinetry in soft neutral tones. Natural stone surfaces, light wood finishes and subtle textural contrasts establish a restrained and timeless material palette. Floor-to-ceiling glazing and sheer curtains allow daylight to filter softly into the space, creating a balanced relationship between interior and exterior.
The dining area is articulated by a sculptural table and bespoke lighting, while the living zone remains minimal, anchored by low, upholstered furniture and integrated wall elements. Lowered ceilings with recessed and linear lighting define zones without visual separation.
Private areas follow the same design language. Bedrooms are warm and intimate, with full-height wood panelling, integrated wardrobes and carefully placed lighting. Bathrooms are designed as spa-like spaces, combining large-format stone surfaces, glass partitions, freestanding elements and brass-toned fittings.
Throughout the villa, the interior design emphasises clarity, material consistency and soft transitions. The result is an elegant, contemporary interior that reflects the character of Istria while offering a high level of comfort and spatial quality suited to a modern villa lifestyle.
