This multi-residential building is located in small Istrian town, within a new residential zone just 1 km from the sea. Positioned on the edge of a neighborhood of urban villas and in close proximity to olive groves, it offers a strong sense of privacy and tranquility.
The building extends across three levels — ground floor and two upper floors — and consists of a total of five functionally arranged apartments, ranging in size from 80 m² to 130 m².
On the ground floor, there are two two-bedroom apartments; on the first floor, one three-bedroom apartment and a shared storage room; and on the second floor, two additional two-bedroom apartments.
Large glass walls are protected from sunlight by laminated shutters, which enhance both the aesthetics and functionality of the building.
A landscaped courtyard with decorative greenery and functional access paths further contributes to the overall quality of the space.
