Large glazed openings ensure abundant natural light and a strong connection between interior spaces and the surrounding outdoor areas.
This contemporary multi-family residential building is located near the town of Umag, less than 2 km from the coastline, and contains four residential units—two larger units intended for permanent living and two smaller units designed for rental use. The total gross floor area of the building is 770 m².
Each unit has a private entrance and an internal staircase connecting the ground floor living areas with the upper floor sleeping zones. Light-toned facades combined with darker accents and high-quality materials emphasize the contemporary Mediterranean character of the building.
The landscaped surroundings are designed as a natural extension of the architecture, featuring Mediterranean vegetation that provides privacy, comfort, and a pleasant outdoor atmosphere. The project offers a refined balance of modern living, functionality, and an attractive coastal location.
