The ground floor is dedicated to daily life. Living room, dining area, and kitchen form a continuous space. Large sliding glass doors open directly onto covered terraces and the garden. Outdoor dining and summer living are an integral part of this level.
The total gross floor area is 180 m². The house is designed as a compact two-storey structure with a clear functional layout.
The upper floor contains the sleeping areas. Bedrooms are oriented toward calm views and greenery. A generous terrace extends the private zone outdoors and offers a quiet, elevated retreat.
The architectural design is precise and contemporary. The form is compact and well-proportioned. Light plaster façades are combined with darker recessed surfaces, natural stone elements, and warm-toned wood. Deep roof overhangs provide shade and emphasize horizontality.
The garden is simple and structured. Paved terraces, a swimming pool, lawns, and low planting define clear outdoor zones. The house creates a balanced relationship between architecture, daily living, and the natural Istrian setting.
